About Soul-Led Truth

Soul-Led Truth is a digital daily reflection and personal-practice service. It includes the daily truth, the reflection, the practice, and your own private record of What You Noticed entries. The service is provided by:

Soul-Led Truth is a philosophical and reflective practice. It is not therapy, medical care, psychological treatment, financial advice, legal advice, or any other licensed professional service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account and to purchase a membership. Soul-Led Truth is available internationally where it is lawful to offer and use the service.

Soul-Led Truth subscription

The Soul-Led Truth membership costs $11.11 USD per month and renews automatically each month until canceled. It is the only membership currently offered. It includes the daily truth, the reflection, the practice, and your private record of What You Noticed entries.

Billing and recurring payments

Payment is processed through Stripe. Soul-Led Truth does not directly store full payment-card numbers or CVV information. Stripe may process payment and billing information in accordance with its own privacy policy and service terms. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. If a payment fails or a subscription is no longer active, access may be suspended or end.

Cancellation

You may cancel your recurring membership at any time through the account and subscription-management functionality provided within the service. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, paid access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. There is no separate cancellation fee, and you are not required to call or email us merely to cancel while online cancellation is available.

EU and EEA right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have 14 days from the conclusion of a distance service contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to applicable law and any statutory exceptions. You may exercise this right by sending a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to hello@thesoulisnotimpressed.com. You may, but are not required to, use the model form below; any clear withdrawal notice is sufficient.

Refunds

Refunds are provided where required by applicable consumer law, including where a valid EU or EEA withdrawal right applies. Outside those mandatory legal rights, fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless THE SOUL IS NOT IMPRESSED, LLC chooses otherwise.

Access to the service

The membership provides access to the daily truth, the reflection, the practice, and your private record of What You Noticed entries for as long as your membership is active. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or matters outside our reasonable control.

User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for the accuracy of the information associated with your account, and for activity that takes place under your account. Accounts may be suspended or terminated where necessary to protect the service, other users, or to comply with applicable law.

Your entries and content

The entries you write remain yours. You grant THE SOUL IS NOT IMPRESSED, LLC only the permissions strictly necessary to store, display, back up, and secure your entries so the service can operate for you.

Intellectual property

The writing, philosophy, name, and design of Soul-Led Truth are owned by THE SOUL IS NOT IMPRESSED, LLC. Your membership grants a personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own practice, and does not permit redistribution or commercial use of the material.

Appropriate use

You agree not to use the service unlawfully, to interfere with or attempt to disrupt the service or its security, or to copy, resell, or redistribute the material without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, THE SOUL IS NOT IMPRESSED, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Changes to the service or these terms

These terms and the service may be updated from time to time. Where required by law, material changes will be communicated to you before they take effect.

Governing law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to THE SOUL IS NOT IMPRESSED, LLC, subject at all times to mandatory consumer-protection rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and nothing here restricts your right to bring proceedings where such rights entitle you to do so.

Consumer Mediation — France

If you are a consumer in France and have a complaint concerning Soul-Led Truth, please first contact THE SOUL IS NOT IMPRESSED, LLC at hello@thesoulisnotimpressed.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

Where applicable under French consumer law, consumers may have the right to refer an unresolved dispute to an independent consumer mediation service. Details of THE SOUL IS NOT IMPRESSED, LLC's designated consumer mediator will be made available in these Terms once the appointment is finalized.
