Your What You Noticed entries are private to your account and are not visible to other Soul-Led Truth users. Authorized service providers or administrators may technically access stored data where necessary to operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, or comply with legal obligations. Entries are not end-to-end encrypted.
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

The following providers support the operation of Soul-Led Truth:
Supabase / Lovable Cloud — authentication, database, account and entry storage.Amazon Web Services — underlying infrastructure supporting the Supabase project.Lovable — application development, deployment, and hosting infrastructure.Cloudflare — edge and serverless application delivery and hosting infrastructure.Stripe — payment processing, subscription billing, and related membership-management services.Google Fonts / Google — delivery of web fonts; your browser may disclose technical information such as IP address and user-agent when requesting font resources.Soul-Led Truth currently does not use non-essential analytics, advertising pixels, or behavioral-tracking tools. This may change in the future. If materially different tracking technologies are introduced, this Privacy Policy will be updated and consent will be obtained where legally required.
The application currently uses only strictly necessary browser storage for authentication and session persistence. Supabase authentication information is stored locally in your browser so you can remain signed in. No non-essential analytics or advertising cookies are currently used by Soul-Led Truth.
Some personal data may be processed or stored in the United States or in other countries outside the EEA, because our service providers operate infrastructure internationally. The current Supabase project is hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Where the GDPR applies, international transfers will be handled using legally recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards applicable to the relevant provider.
Account information and saved entries are retained while you maintain an account, or as reasonably necessary to provide the service. Following a verified account or data deletion request, personal content and account data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days where technically and legally possible. Certain billing, transaction, fraud-prevention, tax, security, or legal records may be retained longer where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Service-provider logs may be retained according to those providers' own retention policies.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect personal information, including encrypted network connections, account-level access restrictions, and provider-level security controls. What You Noticed entries are not end-to-end encrypted, and no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

Your identity may need to be reasonably verified before certain requests can be fulfilled, and not all requests are fulfilled automatically inside the app.
Deletion is currently request-based rather than automated. You may submit a request to delete your account, or your saved entries, using the account functionality in the app, or by contacting hello@thesoulisnotimpressed.com. Submitting a request does not delete your data instantly; requests are processed within the retention and deletion framework described above.
Soul-Led Truth is intended for users aged 18 and older and is not directed to children.
The Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Where required by law, material changes will be communicated to you.
